Early UK spring produce including asparagus (green / purple), Jersey Royals, wild garlic. White asparagus from France. French wild asparagus will start this month.

Peas and broad beans will be from the Continent at this time of year, moving to the UK over the next few months.

Last month for blood oranges (Tarocco).

Wild garlic

Foraged around the UK. Plant will start to bud and then flower.

Asparagus

Green, purple and white.

Jersey Royals

Early season. Grades: mids, ware. Pearls to come.

Rhubarb

Forced rhubarb will move to the outdoor crop.
